Notice of price revision and change in ordering method

Thank you for your continued patronage of KLOOTCH. Until now, we have strived to maintain our prices so as not to burden our customers, but we regret to inform you that we will be revising the prices of our leather jackets effective from June 30, 2025.

In addition, from July 1, 2025, we plan to change the method of ordering leather jackets.

One reason for this is that KLOOTCH jackets take several times longer to produce than regular mass-produced leather jackets, but we are currently accepting orders at all times, and thankfully we have received so many orders that the delivery time is approximately 12 months.

In recent years, long delivery times for leather jackets have become commonplace, but I personally find this situation quite strange.

We are extremely sorry to have to keep our customers waiting for such a long time, and we understand that your body shape or mood may change during that time. In order to deliver products as quickly as possible, we have decided to revise our order process, aiming for delivery within approximately 3 to 4 months from the time of order.

Therefore, from July 1, 2025 onwards, orders will be accepted by reservation only.

Reservations will be accepted through the online store from 6:00 PM on the first Sunday of each month, based on the number of orders available for that month, and will close once the limit has been reached.

If there is room for your order, you can also make a reservation by phone.

Immediately after the change in ordering method, delivery times will likely remain around 12 months as usual, but we will gradually adjust the number of orders and ultimately put in place a system that will allow us to deliver within 3 to 4 months.

Although a system where orders can be placed at any time may be advantageous in terms of the number of orders and sales, we have come to the conclusion that "there is nothing good about making customers wait for a long time," and have therefore decided to adopt this order method.
