Returns & Size Changes

If the size of your item does not fit, eligible items may be returned for a refund. We do not offer direct size exchanges for international orders.

If you would like a different size, please return the original item and place a new order for your preferred size.

To request a return, please contact us at info@brunel-hatmakers.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags attached and any original accessories or packaging included.

• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, stains, damage, alteration, or use.

• Made-to-order items and certain products made from limited materials are not eligible for return.

• Availability of your preferred size cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to order another size, we recommend checking availability before returning your original item.

Refunds & Shipping Costs

• Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping to BRUNEL & Co. HATMAKERS is the customer’s responsibility.

• If you place a new order for a different size, the shipping cost for the new order is also the customer’s responsibility.

• Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges associated with the original or new order are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that these charges may apply again when placing a new order.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@brunel-hatmakers.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

After reviewing the circumstances, we will arrange the appropriate solution. In these cases, BRUNEL & Co. HATMAKERS will cover the necessary return and replacement shipping costs.

Natural Leather & Handmade Products

Due to the nature of handmade products and genuine leather, variations in color, grain, wrinkles, texture, and other characteristics will occur from piece to piece. These natural variations are part of the individual character of the product and are not considered defects.
