If the size of the product you purchased does not fit, we will accept a one-time size exchange, with some exceptions.
If you wish to do so, please check the following information and contact us at info@brunel-hatmakers.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused and in a condition with tags attached (if the returned item shows signs of wear or damage, we may not be able to accept the exchange).
•Size exchanges are limited to one time only.
•Exchanges are limited to changing the size of the same product (changes in shape, color, or material are not permitted).
•Exchanges are only accepted within Japan.
•We cannot accept exchanges for made-to-order products or products with limited materials.
If the desired size is not in stock, it may take some time to produce the replacement item.
