This product is a made-to-order product.

The order period is from 19:00 on Friday, September 19th to 19:00 on Sunday, September 28th .

Delivery is scheduled for around January 2026.

Please note that there will be no general sales after the order period ends.

The crown is made of original leopard print goat suede.

The brim is made of fully vegetable tanned cowhide leather, which has a soft feel and is highly durable, and the more you use it, the deeper the luster will become.

The back is made of nubuck, which adds a matte texture that changes shade depending on the angle of the light, allowing you to enjoy the different leather looks on the front and back.

The brand's initial "B" is printed in deersue on the front.

The silhouette is a standard six-piece design, with a slightly deeper design that provides a firm hold. As the depth increases with each size, we recommend choosing one size larger if you prefer a deeper fit.

*Sizes may vary slightly depending on the type and thickness of the leather used.

*Since each item is carefully made, there is a limit to the number of items we can produce. If we receive more than a certain number of orders, we may temporarily suspend accepting orders.

*In order to preserve the natural texture of the leather, no processing has been done to hide uneven coloring, stains, small scratches, wrinkles, etc. The grain varies depending on the part, and each part will have a different appearance. Please be aware of this in advance.

*The base of the hat has been treated to prevent stretching.

COW フルベジタブルタンニンで鞣した1.2mm厚のカウレザー。 丁寧にオイルを含ませ、しっとりとした質感と適度なコシを持たせています。 使い込むほどに体に馴染み、深みのある艶が生まれます。

HORSE フルベジタブルタンニンで鞣した1.2mm厚の茶芯ホースレザー。 張りのある質感が特徴で、着用を重ねることで下地の茶色がわずかに現れ、奥行きのある経年変化を楽しめます。

DEER SUEDE 柔らかく厚みのあるディアスエード。 滑らかな手触りと上品なマット感が特徴で、使うほどに表情が豊かになります。

NUBUCK カウレザーを起毛させ、オイルをたっぷりと含ませたオイルヌバック。 しっとりとした手触りと柔らかな質感が特徴で、使い込むほどに深みが増していきます。

SHEEP タンニン鞣しの茶芯シープスキン。 非常に柔らかく、軽やかな質感が特徴。 時間の経過とともに下地の色が穏やかに現れ、繊細で落ち着いた表情へと変化していきます。

GOAT タンニン鞣しの茶芯ゴートスキン。軽さとしなやかさを持ちながら、耐久性にも優れています。 時間の経過とともに芯の色が穏やかに現れ、程よい光沢と深みが増していきます。

If the size of the product you purchased does not fit, we will accept a one-time size exchange, with some exceptions.

If you wish to do so, please check the following information and contact us at info@brunel-hatmakers.com within 3 days of receiving the product.

• The item must be unused and in a condition with tags attached (if the returned item shows signs of wear or damage, we may not be able to accept the exchange).

•Size exchanges are limited to one time only.

•Exchanges are limited to changing the size of the same product (changes in shape, color, or material are not permitted).

•Exchanges are only accepted within Japan.

•We cannot accept exchanges for made-to-order products or products with limited materials.

If the desired size is not in stock, it may take some time to produce the replacement item.
