TRUCKER CAP

A trucker cap made entirely of leather.

It has six panels and a more angular design than a baseball cap. It is slightly deeper than a baseball cap.

The underside of the brim is made of nubuck, but to avoid discomfort, we have intentionally left it unlined.

COW: Made from 1.2mm thick cowhide leather that has been tanned with full vegetable tannins and then carefully soaked in oil. It has a moist texture that conforms to your body the more you use it, developing a deep luster.

HORSE / Made with pigment-dyed 1.2mm thick brown horse leather. With repeated wear, the brown color of the base will emerge, allowing you to enjoy the unique aging process.    

GOAT / Made from pigment-dyed brown core goatskin. Lightweight and supple, yet durable, with a subtle sheen.

*Sizes may vary slightly depending on the type and thickness of the leather.

*Each item is carefully made. Therefore, there is a limit to our production capacity, and we may temporarily stop accepting orders if the number of orders exceeds a certain limit.

*In order to preserve the natural texture of the leather, no processing has been done to hide uneven coloring, stains, scratches, etc. There may be stains, small scratches, wrinkles, etc. Also, depending on the part of the leather, there may be grain, etc., and the appearance of each part will vary. Please understand.

*The base of the hat is treated to prevent stretching.

*GOAT is made to order. The current delivery time is about 1-2 months.

COW フルベジタブルタンニンで鞣した1.2mm厚のカウレザー。 丁寧にオイルを含ませ、しっとりとした質感と適度なコシを持たせています。 使い込むほどに体に馴染み、深みのある艶が生まれます。

HORSE フルベジタブルタンニンで鞣した1.2mm厚の茶芯ホースレザー。 張りのある質感が特徴で、着用を重ねることで下地の茶色がわずかに現れ、奥行きのある経年変化を楽しめます。

DEER SUEDE 柔らかく厚みのあるディアスエード。 滑らかな手触りと上品なマット感が特徴で、使うほどに表情が豊かになります。

NUBUCK カウレザーを起毛させ、オイルをたっぷりと含ませたオイルヌバック。 しっとりとした手触りと柔らかな質感が特徴で、使い込むほどに深みが増していきます。

SHEEP タンニン鞣しの茶芯シープスキン。 非常に柔らかく、軽やかな質感が特徴。 時間の経過とともに下地の色が穏やかに現れ、繊細で落ち着いた表情へと変化していきます。

GOAT タンニン鞣しの茶芯ゴートスキン。軽さとしなやかさを持ちながら、耐久性にも優れています。 時間の経過とともに芯の色が穏やかに現れ、程よい光沢と深みが増していきます。

If the size of the product you purchased does not fit, we will accept a one-time size exchange, with some exceptions.

• The item must be unused and in a condition with tags attached (if the returned item shows signs of wear or damage, we may not be able to accept the exchange).

•Size exchanges are limited to one time only.

•Exchanges are limited to changing the size of the same product (changes in shape, color, or material are not permitted).

•Exchanges are only accepted within Japan.

•We cannot accept exchanges for made-to-order products or products with limited materials.

If the desired size is not in stock, it may take some time to produce the replacement item.
